Hello from me...

Hi everyone! I'm a little bit late in introducing myself, I currently have a sickling home from school so I'm not getting much time to blog or craft! 

A little bit about me.. 

So this is me ^^^

My photo is a couple of years old, and I can't seem to find any newer ones, but I like this one so we'll go with it, lol. You should see my passport photo.. woah!! Not good.

Anyhoo.. My name is Sandie and I live in a Southern Ireland mad house with my husband, kiddos, the dog, the cat and a tank full of Mollies. I left my job as a web designer in 2004 and became a SAHM. When my daughter was born in 2005 I wanted to learn how to scrapbook so a good friend from the States sent me a whole bunch of stuff to get started with. From there it progressed to mini albums and eventually I bought my first image stamp in 2008 – the rest, as they say, is history! I am totally addicted to papercrafts and I could spend hours in my craftroom cutting, scoring and hot gluing flowers to anything that doesn't move :P 

 My preferred colouring mediums are copic markers and distress inks but I also dabble with pencils, chalks & watercolours. I am very much a flowers and pearls gal and I am also a patterned paper fanatic (ahem...hoarder!) I love love love to alter things, especially boxes and jars - you can make the cutest little giftbox from the box off of your moisturiser, lol. Nothing gets thrown out, unless my hubby gets to it first!!

Bonjour :)

Hello everyone! Delphine here today to say a little "bonjour" to you all:)! I'm 38, I have 2 sons and 2 stepchildren and I live in the suburbs of Paris. In the daytime, I teach English to teenagers and at night I colour and make cards!

I started making cards for over 3 years now. I started when I first discovered Tombow pens in my local craft store, I bought some and some stamps and that's how it all began! I quickly came across some amazing cards made using Copics and I just had to try that too... and now I never go on holiday without my Copics! I also love using pencils - to make it short I am just addicted to colouring!

I am very lucky to be a part of some amazing teams and very happy to join this group of super talented ladies at A Creative Romance!

Hello my name is Louise and I live in Lincolnshire and I have been married to my lovely hubby for 23 years

and have 3 gorgeous children who are my world Kyle 18,Jayden 15 and Tianna 11.

As if that is not enough I have a mad dog called Harley who's picture has pride of place on my blog,

one very old house bunny and two rats who are very cute.

I have been crafting for many years and tried lots of different crafts but love card making the best.

I work part time in a craft shop called Sir Stampalot and also teach a few classes and feel blessed to work in a job I love and surround by craft products.

I am lucky to be on the design team for Sir Stampalot, Cupcake craft and The Sugar Bowl  

and I feel so honoured to be asked to join this amazing team of ladies.

Hello from Rosie!

Hi everyone! My name is Rosemary (Rosie, for short), and it's my turn to introduce myself as a member of this awesome Design Team. I can't tell you how excited we all are to be a part of this group. We've got lots of great things in store for all of you so we hope you come back and join us when we kick-start this baby on Wednesday, May 1st with more information and a little opening candy. :)

Now to tell you a little about myself. I'm a military brat, who spent a lot of my younger years in Germany. I even went to the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany for a couple of years. After those 2 years of college I had to transfer back to the States and ended up in Oklahoma (which is where I graduated from high school). I lived in OK for the past 18 years, met my wonderfully supportive husband and had an awesome son (who's now 6 years old). Then last August we moved to Texas with the hubby's job which has been an awesome blessing!! It's given me the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for the first time ever....my son, Isaiah, loves it! 

I remember a long time ago when I was in Junior High making my first scrapbook album. Even as a little kid I loved Arts & Crafts!! I won first place in an art contest when I was in 2nd grade and got my picture in the local newspaper...which was pretty cool. I also won some art contests at a local art fair when I was in Junior High. In high school I took a step back from drawing and got more involved in photography. I love taking pictures and in my family I'm known as the paparazzi!! About 17 years ago a dear friend got me hooked onto scrapbooking and I then started my craft hoarding obsession, LOL! I started collecting stickers, which grew into paper, which grew into stamps, which grew into dies.....well, you get the picture!! Then about 3 years ago I switched gears and started making cards and participating in challenges so I could try to win free stuff. My family and friends encouraged me to start a blog. Since then I've met so many wonderful people and made some awesome friends! The blogging world has opened up so many opportunity and given me a chance to be on some amazing Design Teams!! I'm loving every minute of it and I'm so glad to be a part of this amazing new team!!

Hello...

Hello everyone,

I'm Teresa, I have been with my lovely husband for nearly 38 years, we've had 4 great kids and two adorable grandchildren. I've been card making for nearly 5 years now and blogging for 4 yrs, I have always enjoyed being creative in knitting, crochet, cross stitching and tapestry, I gave scrapbooking a go and loved it, I just need more hours in a day but card making has to be my favourite.

When I'm not card making I love spending time with my family, watching romantic comedies :o)
